Estoy usando la Hiker API y hasta el momento anda bastante bien. Experimenté cierto grado de latencia (puede haber sido mi máquina) sin embargo cumple todas las espectativas reseñadas. La instalación para Ositgram mediante Visual Studio fue simple y la importación de librerías mediante requirements.txt fue rapidísima

держать такую инфраструктуру как у вас, честно, снимаю шляпу. это не просто тяжело, это п****ц как тяжело)) в далеком 2017 году пробовал делать сервис аналитики, начинали растить свою базу ботов. в пике было около 1500-2000 ботов. аккуратно растили, прокси и тд. а потом ноябрь, выборы в сша и ПУК, все в 0 забанилось)) я так и не смог пересилить себя, чтобы заново начать. так что вы крутые
